Black and White, J'adore.
What is it that's so wonderful to me about a black-and-white print? Is it the calming effect it has on the nerves of one's soul? Maybe it's because I enjoy old movies, and so it truly has that effect of memory and wonderful things actually happening. The above was snapped at a morning "tea" with my family in Florida- a candid of my lovely older cousin. Tea flowers and black hats. She is all things beautiful, inside and outside. The original was creamy yellow and colorful, with an accenting black hat. This black and white, though... makes me smile. Black and white, j' adore. You make me smile on the coldest days... .
