Wherever You Are, Be All There.
I've been learning a lot recently- be where you are, when you are there. There are no accidents. No trivial mistakes. There's a reason why you're here in this spot, now. "But He knows the way I take; when He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold. My foot has held fast to His path; I have kept His way and not turned aside. I have not departed from the command of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food. But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does. For He performs what is appointed for me, and many such decrees are with Him." -Job 23:10-14 || So thankful, so blessed and filled with joy to be reminded by Him once again of the height and depth of His faithfulness. He knows where you are; He has lovingly paved and planned that road since the beginning of time. I think sometimes, we forget that God is all powerful. That He is all-knowing. That He is all-capable. And that we are not any of those things. He's not a God of sometimes. He's a God of always.
Why is it so hard for us to believe that God loves to give us good gifts? His heart is full of love for us...always! What if this path we walk now, with its current hardships and rocky ways, is a good gift..? How then, shall we respond to it? May it be with always running back to His everlasting, open arms...always kneeling at the foot of the cross.
"Just you wait and see; and you will be amazed. Just keep on believing this story is so far from over, and hold onto every promise.."
